The Cihuacoatl is the second most powerful leadership position in the Amec Trade Protectorate.

Description / Specifications
A Cihuacoatl is an elected vice-emperor, an ordained arch-bishop of the faith. The post's prime responsibilities are overseeing diplomatic relations with the Imperium and maintaining alliances with neighboring worlds.
History & Background / Dossier
A Cihuacoatl is the Tlatoani's prime adviser and, in his role as arch-bishop, considered supreme judge.
On the Tlatoani's death he acts as Emperor until the new Tlatoani is elected by the Tlatocan.
