An interstellar service provided by support of the member states of the Hegemony of Lorean.
Description (Specifications)
The HCS provides basic courier and mail services between member worlds. Although Imperials tend to make sweeping generalizations that compare the Hegemony Communication Service with the Imperial Interstellar Scout Service, the HCS focuses more on internal communications and does not cover exploration and survey duties, which are seen as part of the Star Legion's duties in protection of the Julian Protectorate.
