It was founded on the success of yet another workers' revolt, this one on Balaclaron (Gateway 1637) in 320. Growing slowly. it assimilated the Viyard Alliance in 752, setting in motion the political events which ended with the first Viyard-Galian War. The war ended in 758 with the Treaty of Umbrin.
