At 10,000 tons it appears to be a little light for a heavy cruiser.  [[Ship Types]] have heavy cruisers coming in at 50,000-100,000 tons.  10,000 tons is more in line with a light cruiser. [[User:Jmattera|Jmattera]] ([[User talk:Jmattera|talk]]) 20:30, 29 June 2014 (EDT)

::: The types are based upon a relative scale of size and weapon suites carried. So Battleships > Cruisers > Destroyers. But the exact destination varies by TL (or over time). As you've been discovering, the assignments are a little arbitrary. And sometimes vary based upon the set of design rules used to build the ship.
