Editing Rissian ACV

=Rissian Light ACV (TECH LEVEL A) =
[[Colonel Ryan]] uses ten of these GEVs in a single cavalry troop in [[Colonel Ryan's Rissian Regiment]].  The vehicle has a crew of 3 (driver, gunner, and commander) and can carry a single squad of 8 fully equipped troopers in cramped seats.  It mounts a stabilized turret on the chassis deck, with a HMG and a TAC missile rail which requires three crew to externally reload manually.
