Editing Reformist Movement

The [[Firstworlds]] suffered a series of domestic crises during the [[Forced Peace]] period of the [[Scybrian Wars]], culminating in a near collapse of central government and a short period of civil war. The Reformist Movement rose to power and instituted massive social and military reforms. The state emerged stronger and more capable, going on to launch the [[Grand Campaign]] resulting in the ultimate defeat of the [[Scybrian Polyarchy]].
