Vrad class Generation Ship

The Vrad or Trevannic Alpha is currently the airless moon of the world of Trevannic (Gateway 2219). It has a diameter of 300 kilometres. The moon has been extensively tunneled, at one time apparently serving as a generation ship to travel between stars.

The inhabitants of Trevannic, the Droashav, claim the moon/ship as theirs, having arrived on Trevannic several thousand years ago. Genetic surveys of both the native lifeforms and the Droashav confirm their late arrival.

Although Droashav mythology contains many references hinting at the true nature of their moon, most modern Droashav are not aware of the historical facts.

The Vrad has been long since stripped of all its useful components and minerals. One docking bay has been re-sealed and used as a secret port by pirates. The rest of the tunnels have been left in vacuum, usually consisting only of bare rock. The interior is a maze of tunnels with a few lost, now long dead, bodies floating in the darkness.
