Vissekti

A Minor Race native to Messkt (Banners 1407).

The Vissekti homeworld is located in the Estoc Spiral, a star cluster in the namesake Estoc Subsector. Having purchased jump drive from Human explorers, they are in the process of setting up colonies in neighbouring systems with Human, Aslan, and Inyx assistance.

They may become, in time, an important player in sector politics.
