Urdi (world)/secret

The members of the oligarchy, now in exile on Khandi, are recruiting mercenaries to attempt a second (and given their dwindling resources, last) attempt to restore their regime. The senior member, the Baron of Urdi, is hurrying them along. The Duke of Khandi, who considered the Barons maladministration the cause of the rebellion, is to petiton the Emperor to revoke his patent of nobility on the ground of incompetence.

The Baron continues to receive support from several of Khandi's minor nobility.
