Type 51A ACV SPG

Serving with the mighty Gisadia Ziru Sirka, this design was used as self propelled long range artillery. Deployed in firing sections of two, they required support and communication with fire control centers and sensors to find targets for their fire missions. Batteries of six guns are found in all infantry battalions. Built in the hull of an updated TL–11 version of the older Type 41 ACV APC, with the passenger spaces removed. The armor was proof against most man portable weapons of the time and smaller artillery rounds. Heavy weapons were required to stop them. They are heavier, slightly more expensive and slower than the older APCs.
