Treaty of Var-Inaka

A legal agreement signed in 942 between the Hegemony of Lorean and the Julian Protectorate. The Treaty of Var-Inaka resolved the general political crisis that had resulted from the Damlaer Union leaving the Protectorate to join the Hegemony. It was part of a wider political and legal process that saw the Hegemony itself incorporated into the Protectorate as a major associate member. When the Hegemony signed the Julian Concord, it also signed the Treaty of Var-Inaka, restricting the number and distribution of Naval Bases.

The treaty process also saw Damlaer Subsector formally renamed to Lorean Subsector.
