Treaty of Granth

A legal agreement signed between the Viyard Concourse and the Hochiken People's Assembly.

The Concourse is engaged in a protracted struggle with the Galian Federation. Although open war has not been declared, numerous skirmishes and border incidents have raised tensions considerably. The Treaty of Granth allied the Concourse with the Hochiken People's Assembly, a move which is viewed with alarm by many observers. The HPA presumably intends to separate its own rival the Plavian League from its Galian ally.
