De,Na,Po,Ph,Pi	World is a poor, non-agricultural and pre-industrial desert world with no free-standing water. It has a moderate population of over a hundred million, but not yet a billion sophonts in size. It is unable to produce quality foodstuffs and must import them. It requires extensive imports of outside technology to maintain a modern, star-faring society. Having to import most manufactured and high tech goods drives the price up for these items at this world. Life here is tough. The severe climate and inability to grow adequate food sources make for a trying life here. Planetary leaders hope to expand its industrial sector and begin exporting manufactured goods in the near future.
