Why remove the categories. This allows Zhdant to appear on the list of worlds, while the world appears twice, it might be being looked for under the alternate name Dcorrin 13:17, 23 January 2007 (UTC)

Because it follows what I understand to be the Wikipedia standard, that you don't want the redirect pages showing up in the category listings. I could be wrong about that, and I'll stop doing it if you think it better to have the redirects, or at least some of the more obvious redirects, categorized. Tjoneslo 15:24, 23 January 2007 (UTC)

It is not like this is a slightly different spelling. I agree that we don't want every nuance in spelling listed, however the Zhodani and Imperial names for the capital seem like a good idea. I would also put that sector names in various languages should each be indexed (so Tloql Sector should be indexed along with Spinward marches). The wikipedia has seperate wikis for each language, so this is not a problem that they need to contend with. Dcorrin 20:25, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
