Notes (2019)[edit]
Yiarn Caardee definition. The name Yiarn Caardee derives from Manx. Yiarn translates as Iron. Caard translates as Smith or Blacksmith. The phrase Yiarn Caardee translates as Smith's Iron, or the iron used by a blacksmith to make tools and other things. I've found that Gaelic and Welsh are an interesting source of words and names.
The Dandy language also appears to be based on Welsh.
