Superscience in Traveller (2017)[edit]
Bruce, superscience does exist in Traveller. It was added through periodicals.

- It is clear though that how Traveler and GURPS 4e use the term "Superscience" is very different.

- If you really think about it, they are largely compatible. It's just that GURPS fetish-izes everything when it tries to assimilate other systems.
- It's largely the "unknown," that which doesn't agree with current orthodoxies.
- It takes non-linear thinking, which is very difficult for many folks. In other words, it takes a sci-fi mindset. Why Jules Vernes is still as sci-fi as Asimov.
