Lydia has the Tech Level as 7 in four places in the sidebar, but TL6 in the History section. It references GURPS Behind the Claw, which lists the planet as GURPS 3e Tech 6, which goes to TTL 6 on the comparison chart. - Captain Button, 10:40, 3 August 2018 (EDT)

This is a T5 Second Survey change. Lydia is a vacuum work (Atmosphere 1), for which there is now a minimum TL required to host a population. In most of these cases the TL was simply adjusted (6 -> 7 in this case) to fall into the new rules. Tjoneslo (talk) 10:57, 3 August 2018 (EDT)
