This is a throw-away reference in S&A:

I think they appeared in the Mongoose Rim book as well.

Canon race[edit]
Canon Justification for Labrysians
Labrysians are explicitly identified as a native sentient species in GURPS Traveller: Rim of Fire (p. 119), where Labrys is described as a TL8 interdicted world. The Solomani Confederation restricts contact due to the species’ apparent lack of interest in space exploration.
They are also referenced in MegaTraveller: Solomani & Aslan (p. 8), which notes the Boötean Federation granted membership to “the aliens of Labrys.” The world appears in Mongoose Solomani and Aslan with consistent UWP data. These appearances across multiple licensed Traveller sources meet the standard for canonical inclusion.
