Talk:Gniivi

Gniivi worlds have a prefix of Ar-, Ghi-, or Pru-. All of the Ar- worlds, and only they, have Naval or Scout facilities. What distinguishes a Pru- from a Ghi- is less obvious. Any ideas?

UPDATE: Ghi- seems to mean "restricted in some capacity".
