Not listed among the known or public Psionic Institutes (true or false schools) is the hidden, (Cloaked Institute), and secret society of psionic Urzaeng on Sudhaenga. This underground and underworld Psionic Institute does not test newly-awakened Vargr. But for a slightly above-average tuition, the Psi-Vargr Brotherhood will perform continuing education for those already of Stage 1 or higher. This school rated Psi-Vargr Brotherhood-9 and is well equipped for teaching psions to use psionic devices and proper dosages of psimacopeia (psi-drugs). However, this Psionic Institute does not bother to complete a psion's training to Stage 5, the tests of morals, as the Brotherhood sees such as too labeling or partitioning. Psionic Stage continuing education is both secretive and expensive. Referees are encouraged to charge continuing psions one to six times the normal fees since the Brotherhood does not test or take on newly awakened. Rather, those seekers are redirected to Aengllog (Gzaekfueg 1234) and its Psion Enclave continent.

Contacting the Psi-Vargr Brotherhood occurs both online in secure, nested subnets and in person at the local Downport and Startown. Actual training occurs on the Exotic World Hex of the mainworld in a hidden compound. Once vetted and confirmed, Stage 1-4 Psions are conveyed there in secret.
