Styryxian Allowance is an official recognition of an Agent of the Ministry of State[1] by the Third Imperium usually granted by the head of the Intelligence Division of the Ministry of State.
Description (Specifications)[edit]
The Styryxian Allowance grants the named holder powers to use Imperial Resources to aid Planetary Authorities. It also empowers the recipient with control over any decisions that could affect the Imperium, allowing the agent to create new Local Law or interpret Local Law in ways that are very different to the original writer's intent.
