Silverbread

A fungus, Argenteapanis smythii, native to Enaaka. Silverbread is a silvery-colored shelf fungus found growing on rotting vegetation in regions of extremely high temperature.

It is edible to Humans, eaten both cooked or raw, with a rich, creamy texture and a smoky flavor. It is highly prized as an exotic gourmet food and is sold in the Enaakan city markets, though it is increasingly difficult to find.
