The Sika'im Cluster is an astrographic cluster of Imperial systems located on the Trailing edge of the Inar Subsector and the Spinward edge of the Dunmag Subsector in the Deneb Sector.

Description (Specifications)[edit]

Administration of the worlds is handled through Depot (Deneb 1613)).

The Sika'im Cluster takes its name from the original name of Depot (Deneb 1613). It contains the following systems:

The cluster has jump-2 access to the Antra Pocket and the Sabinar Main.

Notable local commodities include:

  • Emeralds and sapphires from Andalia.
  • Kinwick oil, a highly sought-after simple fat substitute from Petrarch.
  • Meat of the Maladig from Andalia, a luxury delicacy.
  • Platinum and osmium ore from Stoyben.

Historical Data[edit]

The Ancients were active in this cluster, as evidenced by the ruins (and ecological state) of Kennebec.

New Era[edit]

After the Virus was released in 1130, and the subsequent Collapse, the cluster was renamed after Karst, as Karst became a "firebreak" world, the next line of defense in case of a massive Virus or Vampire penetration of the Frontier. Depot was accused for decades of allegations of lax security in regards to the Quarantine and antiviral measures.
