History & Background (Dossier)[edit]
Though largely an obscure term nowadays, certain psionic subcultures use the word in reference to wild or renegade psions who violate their licenses and commit illegal acts with their abilities. The current context of the term seems to stem from a famous Solomani science fiction movie trilogy that involves psionic characters motivated by dark supernatural power.
