Colonel Ryan uses a single company of ten of these vehicles. They are unarmored to save weight and are designed to be as inexpensive as possible for their intended role. They are used to perform reconnaissance missions for Colonel Ryan's Rissian Regiment. The vehicle has a crew of 3 (driver, gunner, and commander). It mounts a HMG in a stabilized turret on the chassis deck.
