Riftspan Station (Reft 2528) is an Imperial station orbiting a rogue planetoid drifting in space. It is accessible via Jump-4 from Filentred (Reft 2731) and Cyclone (Reft 2930). Riftspan Station is the second (or second-to-last) stop on the Trans-Islands Run, connecting to the Islands Cluster at Amondiage or Acadie.

Riftspan Station is extremely isolated and gets very little traffic, and boredom is a problem for the people living there. Whenever someone new arrives, the station workers throw an impromptu party.

Riftspan Station receives regular resupply shipments, including large quantities of fuel, from Filentred. However, the cost of maintaining the station means that everything is fabulously expensive.
