Riftspan Reaches sector was designed by Marc W. Miller and appears in Atlas of the Imperium (GDW, 1984).
- Joe Fugate created and developed much of the original data.
- It was refined by James Holden and appears in The Travellers' Digest 19.
- In 1984, Aslan (Alien Module) was published.
- In 1984, Atlas of the Imperium was published.
- In 1990, The Travellers' Digest 19 was published.
- In 1991, Alien - Solomani & Aslan was published.
- In 2018, The Great Rift was published.
- As of Spring 2017, this sector is slowly being programmed into the Traveller RPG Wiki.
- It has been T5 Second Survey reviewed and updated to T5 standards.
