Several states neighbouring the Imperium use the title Prince to refer to senior members of their hierarchy.
- The Worlds of the Leader Rukh in the Vargr Extents uses the title Prince to refer to members of the Leader's extended family
- The Principality of Caledon uses the title Prince to refer to the leader of that state
