Phloeuoo

Phloeuoo is a name applied by Hivers to a sophont species inhabiting Lorspane Sector, as well as to their homeworld (Lorspane 1335).

The Phloeuoo are an efficient, industrious people whose High Population civilization is on the verge of entering the interstellar community. Complicating the matter is the location of their world on the rim-spinward edge of the Lorspane Drift.
