Phlinskwal

A Minor Race native to Dral Phlinskwal.

This violent race all but destroyed itself long ago. The only surviving populations are on the now almost lifeless homeworld (less than 300,000 in closed bunkers, reduced to stone age conditions) and a TL-4 remnant of 4,000,000 -- the future of the race -- on Druacogeuno.

They are being uplifted by Hive Federation. The Phlinskwal, as a Fiyuh race, are subject to the oversight of the Federation Development Agency; there is a large Ithklur contingent involved, for purposes of security.
