Muukhim is a water world with 90% or more of its surface covered in an ocean of water. The system has a population between 10,000 and 10 million, lacking the industrial base to be completely self-supporting. It is a member of Third Imperium in the Argi Subsector of Dagudashaag Sector and in the Domain of Vland. Muukhim, as a member world of the Third Imperium, holds the estate of an Imperial knight, a member of the Imperial Nobility charged with overseeing the world. This world contains an Imperial Scout Base, capable of handling Scout Service starships and personnel. During the Long Night this world was named Iruur Ash.

Astrography and planetology[edit]

Muukhim is a member of the Dagudashaag Main.

Originally established as a penal planet the descendants have adapted to the extremely high oxygen content and have established various colonies throughout the sector. The planet is no longer used as a penal settlement and a local spore is used in the manufacture of combat drugs. The planet has Amber status during the spore season and visitors are reminded of the non-existent law level and the potential dangers involved in visiting the planet.

History and background[edit]

In -603 the planet was quarantined after a large segment of the population began to exhibit advanced stages of psychopathic behaviour. This was discovered to be the result of a plant spore which fills the air for a period of ten days every local year. The cities are now established beneath vast sealed units with blowers at each entrance to prevent the spore from entering the cities.
