The Minister of Colonisation is the Administrative Head of the Ministry of Colonisation.
The Minister of Colonisation is appointed by the Emperor and reports directly to him. Note that the office of Minister of Colonisation attracts the noble rank of Count.

The Minister is in charge of advising the Emperor on worlds suitable for colonization.
The Minister of Colonisation is based at the Imperial Capital.
