In 2022, this issue was returned to circulation for free download with the works of Richard Fields redacted. He had withdrawn his rights around 20 years earlier, leading to the outage in availability until the publisher FSpace Publications was able to make the changes needed to return it to general availability. As all articles of those of Richard Fields the re-release articles are all redacted.
