Marttylla is a potent honey distilled on Thellalae (The Beyond ) very popular for its inhibition-loosening effects. The effects last two to five hours, depending upon circumstances.
Imbibed by sophonts with Psionic potential the effects last longer (up to 12 hours), have even more of an inhibition loosening effect, and disrupt their ability to use their powers while under its effects. This has led to Marttylla being banned in the Zhodani Consulate.
