Maada class Fast Trader/meta

The Maada was first sighted in JTAS #10's article by the Keith brothers on planet-building. It was a small illustration of a starship leaving the starport of the planet Craw. Jim Kundert named it, and suggested that it was a variant of the 200 ton trader design. It was treated as a typical J1, M1 free trader for a few years. Then in 2022, while reading classic Traveller's Supplement 07, page 23, Robert Eaglestone found a one-line throwaway reference to the "Fast Trader":
"Some well equipped high-G traders employed beyond the Imperial border are called fast traders."
After verifying from Marc that no example existed of the Fast Trader, Rob decided the Maada could be that example.
