Low-Orbit is the region from the top of the Atmosphere (if any) to the nearest of 100 Planetary Diameters or Geostationary-Orbit or the Limit of Orbital Stability.
The lowest reaches of Low-Orbit are the region from which Drop Troops are deployed.
