Koou

A Minor Race native to an eponymous planet (Gzirr!k'l 1312) within the Two Thousand Worlds.

The 80 million Koou are adapted to highly arid conditions. They have a rigid and monolithic culture and have not yet moved beyond TL-2.

The K'kree have interdicted their world, having not yet made a decision regarding the Koou's fate.
