Kehmed

A city on Vincennes. Like most major settlements on Vincennes, it is situated in the region known as the Shoal.

Nearly half the planetary population -- 4.7 billion people -- is concentrated in a chain of settlements extending from the eastern shore of the landmass also known as Kehmed. Underground transgrav lines radiate from the primary starport; the megalopolis is known as the Kehmed Metroplex, even though it is not actually on Kehmed.

Nearby Settlements

Smaller settlements are often semi-permanent mining communities, supplying raw materials to the manufacturing complexes in this and other metroplexes. Most settlements are connected by transgrav lines; smaller communities can be reached by submersible.

The grav city of Dumorov holds position over the Kehmed megalopolis.
