Dumorov

A city on Vincennes, one of its floating gravitic settlements.

Dumorov holds position over the subaquatic Kehmed megalopolis, and while it doesn't move around the planet it does alter its altitude by season. In winter and spring, it descends to sea level; its lower extension contains docks for submersibles. During the stormy summers, it ascends to a higher altitude, and trades with orbital settlements.
