Hegemony Communications Service

An interstellar service provided by support of the member states of the Hegemony of Lorean. The HCS provides basic courier and mail services between member worlds. Although Imperials tend to make generalizations that compare the Hegemony Communication Service with the Imperial Interstellar Scout Service, the HCS is focused more on internal communications. It does not cover exploration and survey duties, which are handled by the Julian Protectorate's joint Star Legion.
