Heann

A Minor Race native to Muarne Sector.

The homeworld of the Heann is one of several low-technology racial homeworlds in Dluarne Subsector, interdicted by the nearby Kitram Ascendancy. 400,000,000 live at TL-3 on their planet.

This proximity of non-spacefaring Minor Races at a similar stage of development is of interest; it's uncertain whether this is a natural, coincidental occurrence or evidence of a prior starfaring era; possibly these are regressed colonies of a destroyed empire, or descended from small groups of survivors following a genocidal conflict.
