Remarks

Mainworld Geography and Topography[edit]

Gakxaal has an unusual number of tall mountain ranges. The world has been largely overlooked because of its high degree of tectonic activity and pervasive fungoids, viruses and bacterial masses.

Native Lifeforms[edit]

Evolution on Gakxaal never managed to produce complex animal species but microbial life fills its oceans, seas and low-lying valleys.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

Trained guides and mountaineers are available to show Travellers the wonders of the planet. One of its more popular attractions is the Glass Valley, a canyon system with billions of loose stones that have been cleansed of dust and regolith by various bacterial species.

World Starport (St)[edit]

Gakxaal has a Class E Starport, a frontier quality installation with few expected amenities. There is unrefined fuel for starships and a limited variety of ship provisions. There is no shipyard of any kind, but there may be parts and technical support for doing minor services and repair. Ports of this classification generally consist of a downport.
