Ftoakh is a high-population, industrial world with a billion or more sophonts in population size.

  • As an industrial world, this planet has well-developed manufacturing and processing industries. Manufactured goods are a major export item.
  • Its economy is rapidly growing and living conditions are expected to rapidly improve barring outside forces.
  • This world is part of the Aslan Hierate, as a world where multiple clans have split control of the planet, in the Ranib Subsector of Trojan Reach Sector.
  • This is a "Puzzle" world designated as an Amber Zone. Caution is advised since the world has an environment, laws, customs, life forms, or other conditions that are not well understood and might be a danger to a visitor.

History & Background (Dossier)[edit]

Ftoakh is a heavily industrialized, high-population Aslan Hierate world. The system contains the highest population of the subsector at 20 billion.

For centuries Ftoakh was shared by a dozen Aslan clans old and new, progressives and traditionalists, Tsekho clan and Khiraokhaor'ya clan alike. Eventually, ethnic tensions between different clans boiled over, resulted in a disastrous civil war that lasted three years, destroyed the Starport, ruined the industrial centers, and killed 20 million Aslan.

  • In the wake of this conflict, the clans formed the Euikhter, a neutral police force based on Human models, to keep the peace.

World Starport (Sp)[edit]

Ftoakh has a Class E Starport, a frontier quality installation with few expected amenities. There is unrefined fuel for starships and a limited variety of ship provisions. There is no shipyard of any kind, but there may be parts and technical support for doing minor services and repair. Ports of this classification generally consist of a downport.

World Population (P)[edit]

Ftoakh has a population of 20,000,000,000 sophonts (tens of billions).

World Languages[edit]

  • Trokh: The universal language of the modern Aslan monoculture.
    • Aslan Languages: Note that some Aslan clans retain obscure or archaic languages for personal use in addition to Trokh.

Urbanization[edit]

Aslan architecture tends to the organic and the rounded. They favour artistry over efficiency in the design of their buildings -- every Aslan structure is different. Even in mass-produced housing, residents will strive to make their territory uniquely theirs.

  • Since Aslan descend from predators and enjoy open terrain, their buildings often feature both open rooms of great size and a number of concealed rooms, balconies, hidden passageways and hideaways.
