Siwan Technical is one of the belts foremost educational institutions and provides both on-site and remote learnings solutions for Belters and those further away. It is ranked 27th in the list of Universities in the New Earth System. It is based in Siwan Station.
Facilities[edit]
The Siwan Technical houses the administration for the largest space-based telescope system ever built by the New Earth System. This vast array of telescopes is scattered about the belt and it's measurements coordinated at the university.
