A major region of Touchdown, Neu Hamburg is a primarily German-speaking province. Considering independence in 43, it determined to stay part of Touchdown and has benefitted from this close association ever since.

Neu Hamburg is 5000km north of Touchdown City and adjoins the state of the Cloud Republic. The state is bounded to the north by Cloudy Bay.
