Taiwanese arrived on New Earth in one family - but that one family has expanded considerably over the years to become the Tsang Dynasty. The language is used as a private code within the dynasty and its security arm. The language is found in New Earth, the Afro-Pacific Orbital Complex, Selene and Ares. Their Arean Mansion and research centre is one of the wonders of the system - but few other than the family and direct retainers - get to visit.
