A political disagreement between the Seed/Gene Banks on the Afro-Pacific Orbital Complex and the governments of New Earth that occurred in Campaign:NHNE/Year/82. Called a War, there was only one actual casualty - a Touchdown Marine who was accidentally shot by a civilian to whom he was showing his rifle while attempting to persuade him to join up.
