Description

Following the 9-Day War much of the high-command of the army of Shelter were incarcerated by the victors. New Heaven was responsible for these Prisoners of War. Due to official neglect, and a deliberate policy of punitive punishment their standards of upkeep were condemned internationally and the survivors released. Of the 1,249 officers held, just 723 returned after 10 months in the camps - and the Kippe camp became the watchword for their general level of inhumanity. The commander of the Camp (Jomo Kippe) was ultimately prosecuted for Mass-Murder, but committed suicide before he could be tried.
