Caldicote Brandy is an alcoholic beverage made from the Jenghe Peach fruit, also known as the Blue Peach. The light blue color and unique sweet and salty taste of this brandy make it a popular drink on its own and as part of many cocktails throughout the Spinward Marches.
The Jenghe Peach is grown commercially only on Jenghe due to the unique climate and soil components. Almost 90% of all Blue Peach production comes from the Linton Valley area.
