Baron Rolf von Toerbach

An historical figure of note within Core Sector. Baron Rolf von Toerbach of Protalus (Core 0128) was a nobleman of the Interstellar Confederacy. A fanatical member of the armed forces, he was one of the key instigators of the Confederacy Civil War.
